Therapy for Eating Disorders
and Body Image Issues
In-person and virtual
You feel like food, eating, or your body takes up too much space in your mind and daily life.
You spend a lot of time thinking about what you “should” or “shouldn’t” eat, or you feel disconnected from your body altogether. You might swing between feeling in control and completely out of control, or notice that how you feel about your body often dictates how your day goes. You may long to feel more at peace in your body and trust yourself with food again.

What To Expect
Our sessions together are collaborative. We’ll explore your current patterns with eating and body image, what they’ve helped you manage, and what you’d like to feel differently. We will focus on identifying triggers and building coping tools and we’ll work toward healing the deeper emotional wounds that fuel disordered eating and body image issues.
Together, we’ll work to understand the role that food and body image have played in your life, and begin to loosen the grip they have on your sense of self. Over time, my hope is that your thoughts about food or appearance take up less space, giving you the opportunity to be more present in the world around you.

One of my favorite things about therapy is taking really small steps together.
One day you will look back and see how far those small steps have taken you to become the best version of yourself.
