Healing through connection, collaboration, and community
Therapy for adults and adolescents in Nashville, TN
Meet Josie
Connection, collaboration, and community are at the heart of my approach to therapy. Humans are wired to heal through relationships, and whether your work begins with me or I join a journey you’ve already started, I feel honored to be a part of it.
Because the relationship between client and therapist is such a vital part of healing, I want you to know a bit about how I work. I aim to strike a balance between being direct and compassionate—supporting and encouraging you while also being honest and real. I’m not the kind of therapist who simply nods along; I offer guidance, insight, and truth in a way that’s always grounded in safety and care.
